Mustard company Develey spreads expansion, 150 jobs to Dyersburg
DYERSBURG, Tenn. — Develey Mustard & Condiments Corporation officials announced the company will locate its first North American production facility in Dyersburg.
Develey will invest $20 million in the new operation, creating 150 jobs in Dyer County over the next five years.
“We welcome Develey to Dyersburg and thank the company for choosing Tennessee as its first location of operations in North America,” said Gov. Bill Haslam. “Develey joins more than 1,000 registered food and beverage manufacturers operating throughout our state. The new jobs created through this project will have a great impact on our West Tennessee workforce and help support our goal of becoming the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs.”
